As National Development Director, Katie leads Indivisible’s multichannel fundraising strategy. She brings to the role over a decade of experience in development, organizing, and nonprofit management for progressive causes. Most recently, Katie served as YWCA USA’s Senior Director of Development, where she led the team through the highest-grossing fundraising year in the organization’s history. Previously, she spent five years as a consultant at Abundance Strategies, supporting 20+ non-profit clients in development strategy, prospecting, events, systems management, and donor communications. Earlier in her career, Katie worked as an organizer on progressive issue advocacy and electoral campaigns in California, Oregon, and Virginia. She also served as an Assistant Director at the Fund for the Public Interest in New York, where she first discovered her passion for fundraising. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts from New York University and Masters in Public Administration from the George Washington University's Trachtenberg School.
